Job Overview
We are hiring a Site Engineer (STP) for our company in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. As a Site Engineer (STP), you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction sites and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a full-time position ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, and construction site management
- Proficiency in land surveying techniques and topographic mapping
- Experience with construction site inspections and quality control
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of construction projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Performing land surveying and topographic mapping to determine site characteristics and identify potential challenges
- Supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Collaborating with contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve any design or construction issues
- Monitoring and managing project resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower
- Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address any potential risks or hazards
- Preparing progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate project records, including drawings, permits, and change orders
- Providing technical support and guidance to project teams and site staff
