HR Manager - Woven Sack Unit
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop an HR Policy for the factory keeping best industry practices
- Maintain day to day attendance and overtime and provide all details for timely salary payment
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain high-quality employees.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment by developing policies on issues like equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment, etc.
- Oversee and manage a pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Liaison with departments such as labour, ESI, etc
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or Sr HR Executive.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Working Conditions:
- Office-based, may require occasional travel.
