Job description

Designation- Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, combined with exceptional sales and negotiation skills. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, enhancing membership value, and building strategic partnerships with luxury brands and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to enhance the club's luxury offerings and increase membership value.

- Forge and maintain strong relationships with partners in the luxury hospitality industry, including hotels, travel companies, and high-end service providers.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and materials that attract potential members and retain existing ones.

- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring our club remains a leader in the luxury membership space.

- Negotiate partnership agreements that align with the club's standards of excellence and member expectations.

- Organize and attend networking events, trade shows, and other relevant gatherings to promote the club and forge valuable connections.

- Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and potential growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development or sales within the luxury hotel industry or related luxury sectors.

- Strong network of contacts in the luxury hospitality industry.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining high-levelpartnerships.

- Deep understanding of the luxury market and a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

- Flexibility to travel as required for business development purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- The candidate would be assigned additional duties and responsibilities from time to time that is in favour to achieve the common goal of the organization. Good organizational and time-management skills.
