Job description

Job Description: Voice Build and Integration Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Enterprises Voice services & devices installation (i.e. – CUCM, Cisco Ip phone, Jabber softphone, ZOOM, voice getaway etc).

Call Centre Voice devices & services installation (i.e. – Avaya, AES, Avaya Ip phone, Avaya Softphone, Avaya getaway etc).

Nice engage voice recording installation and support.
Manage implementation, overseeing build, validation and closure phases for various projects
Plan implementation tasks, including change management and communication
Manage vendor interaction and activities
Validate installed solution against design record
Coordinate testing of installed solution with customer environment.

Coordinate with Vendor (MTNL/BSNL/Airtel/Vi/Tata etc) for new PRI request & issues and link failure.

Monitor day 1 activities and troubleshoot new product deployment
Direct liaison with other development and support teams locally and globally
Work with global teams on global standards and configuration to build “Best In Class” standards

Ability to learn and adapt new technologies for efficient deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an authorized university.

Experience in managing enterprise-scale voice deployments on a variety of platforms.

Good knowledge of Voice Service & devices like CUCM, CUC, SBC, Cisco Voice getaway, Cisco Call canter setup, Jabber softphone, Zoom phone, Avaya, AES, Avaya Ip phone, Avaya Softphone, Avaya getaway & Nice engage recording platform.

knowledge of ISDN PRI T1/ E1 & and basic voice networking.

Good knowledge of Voice signalling protocol (H.323 , SIP, MGCP, SCCP)

Knowledge of FXO, FXS, PVDM and voice hardware part code.

Basic knowledge of Avaya Communication manger , AES, Nice recording etc.

Basic Knowledge of krone, jumping & caballing.

Ready to work from client location

3-5yrs of exp for this L2 position

Good Communication Skills (Written & Spoken) in English

Basic understanding of ITIL Framework is a must (CHG mgmt., Problem mgmt., incident mgmt.)

Knowledge on ticketing tool preferrable ServiceNow.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts 24*7 environment.

Travel including overnight domestic may be required.

Ability to react to a dynamic environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach
