Position: Senior Architect and Interior Designer

Role and responsibilities:

1. Create designs along with the design team,
2. Handle and manage Architecture/Interior projects.
3. Work with a team of Designers, draughtsman, and interns,
4. Attend meetings with clients and make decisions along with creating minutes for meetings.
5. Coordinate with consultants and vendors,
6. Oversee the drawings before getting released from office,
7. Coordinate the project at the site through engineers and site visits.
8. Developing design concepts and presenting them to clients. This involves creating mood boards, sketches, or using design software to illustrate the proposed designs for approval.
9. Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure designs comply with safety and legal requirements.
10. Creating budgets, providing cost estimates, and managing expenditures throughout the project.
