Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager-Operational Excellence Specialist

As an Ops Excellence Specialist in Genome, you’ll own the backend processes aimed at enhancing learning experience for learners, globally.  This role is both critical and strategic in enabling Genome adoption and success, and is not only high visibility, but is also bound to have high growth potential.  That’s exactly the reason we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, detailed-oriented, technologically savvy, passionate about learner experience and working in teams, and is able to work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders in the organization. 
Key responsibilities 
•    Own end-to-end management of all learning content—including creation, change requests, archival, etc.—for skills on Genome on EdCast, special programs, and Adapt & Rise (our external-facing learning platform) 
•    Project manage staging requests received from Knowledge Managers (KMs) and Community Managers (CMs) aligned to respective skills; ensure all requests routed via workflows and otherwise are processed FTR and within the agreed SLAs 
•    Own administrative set up on Edcast across Immerse, Transform and Solidify stages in Genome—manage pre & post session activities, ensure task readiness, availability, set up etc. 
•    Ensure content requests are supplemented with required meta-data where required, appropriately recorded, and periodically reported 
•    Focus on learner experience through rigorous, continuous Quality-check (QC) of content staged by you and team-members, leverage multi-device testing wherever possible, to ensure zero-surprise operations — close loop with KMs and CMs where necessary 
•    Leverage data and insights to ensure learner data is recorded accurately basis the agreed metrics, and communicated to stakeholders as required within stipulated timeframe 
•    Ensure Genome Content Engineering Practices (CEP) are followed and are in line with the defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); maintain and update SOPs as required 
•    Ensure successful closure of learner helpmate tickets within the defined SLAs


Qualifications we seek in you! 
Minimum Qualifications/skills 
•    Strong Program Management (proactive follow-ups, ability to independently close out open tasks and meet deadlines) 
•    Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English 
•    MS Office, good MS Excel skills are a must 
•    Strong team player 
•    Tech savvy and problem-solving ability with keen eye for detail 

Preferred qualifications/skills
•    Graduates and above 
•    Experience in Learning & Development function of an organization will be an added advantage
