Years of Experience:
6-9 years Skills: JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, Rally, Agile Champion, Firewall, Functional Testing, Git, Incident Management, MS SQL, ServiceNow Engages with Product Owner, Business Stakeholders, and delivery team to understand Business needs and document Work with extended teams across the globe. Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal and written) Contributes to the development of policies and procedures for the production and service support function. Qualifications: Preferably 5+ years of project management, IT operations or service level management experience, preferably in multiple technology disciplines (i.e. cloud, network, etc.). Demonstrated ability to develop and implement enterprise-wide processes and deliver on those processes. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must have the ability to successfully interact with a matrixed team of technical, business and process SMEs (Subject Matter Experts). Strong working knowledge of ITIL framework and AGILE/SAFE preferred. Typically holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience). Knowledge Infrastructure technologies and components like Firewalls/servers/storage/databases/network/cloud Strong understanding of IT Service Management Processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Performance & Capacity) Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents. Able to write user stories and follow up the stories to completion in the sprint. Able to conduct daily stand-up and other Scrum ceremonies.
