JOB TITLE: Senior People Systems Manager
COMPANY: Cornerstone
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 Years
LOCATION: Remote
COMPENSATION: Up to 30 LPA
SHIFT TIME : General ( might have few calls in late evening to connect with global calls)
NOTICE PERIOD: Any

Key Responsibilities - Proven experience (5+ years) as an HCM Manager, HR Manager, or in a similar client-facing role in the HCM Technology industry
- Experience with leading at least 1 full life cycle HCM implementation with experience covering requirement development and definition, functional solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing and go-live.
- Functional expertise in various HCM modules
- In-depth knowledge of HCM principles, talent management strategies, and HR technology/service platforms ( e.g. ServiceNow, Cornerstone. etc.)
- Strong Computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Competence to grasp complex system workflows, to understand cause and effect for actions taken in a business process or software system
- The skill to present, train and educate small to large groups, in person or via Teams/Slack
- A learning mindset continued curiosity to learn new systems and technical skills to support personal goals and development
- Demonstrated ability to keep confidences and act with integrity to uphold high standards with regards to data and personnel matters
- Obsessive attention to detail and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain creative problem-solving skills
- Possess strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, acting as the consummate team player
- Self-starter, the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Consideration for privacy and security obligations
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
Must Have Skills - Proven experience (5+ years) as an HCM Manager, experience as the customer during an implementation phase is preferable.
- Experience with leading at least 1 full life cycle HCM implementation with experience covering requirement development and definition, functional solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing and go-live. Functional expertise in various HCM modules, with a focus on HR core. Change management, project management.
