Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive for Domestic Staffing is responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation for our domestic staffing agency. This role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, building lasting relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of domestic staff with families.

Key Responsibilities: • Client Acquisition and Retention: • Identify and target prospective clients in need of domestic staffing services. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage client accounts effectively. • Market Research and Analysis: • Research market trends and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. • Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws, industry regulations, and employment trends. • Candidate Sourcing and Placement: • Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify and assess suitable candidates for domestic staffing positions. • Coordinate interviews and placements, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates. • Business Growth and Revenue Generation: • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the client base. • Achieve revenue targets through effective sales and negotiations. • Cross-sell additional services offered by the staffing agency. • Networking and Industry Engagement: • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and represent the company. • Build and maintain a strong professional network to foster business growth. • Reporting and Documentation: • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and candidate placements. • Provide regular reports on business development activities and results.
