Job description

1. Punctuality - A coach must arrive 30 mins before a session start time.
2. Physical Fitness - as the coach needs to demonstrate a activity which the kids and see and
follow.
3. Communication skills - should be able to communicate to kids in English, hindi and any local
languages to be able to make the kid understand.
4. Needs to organize games and challenges and promote Physical Activity among children and young
adults (ranging any age group from kindergarten through high school).
5. Helping develop motor skills and physical development among younger children.
6. Imposing proper exercise and eating habits among older children.
7. Develops, plans and implements curriculum, lesson plans for any game activity in school.
8. Full time coach / Salaried coach will not be paid session wise or hourly basis (Coach has to be
available whenever there is a requirement and is expected to fulfil the requirement).
9. The Main Responsibility of a Physical Education Teacher is to provide students with knowledge of
physical activities within the period duration, discuss the importance of living a healthy lifestyle that
includes regular physical activity.
10. Giving your 100% and delivering quality for each session.
11. Giving attention to each and every kid in their overall development. Instruct students on the
basic techniques needed to play team sports and other recreational activities.
12. Teach students the necessary skills and safety measures that are important in the playground or
field.
13. Bringing discipline in players like telling them to wear proper gear, motivating the players to

perform better, encouraging the weaker players, bringing overall balance in the session.
14. Be an inspiration and leader whom the kids look up to and learn to be a better person along
with being a player (Inspire each kid to follow a specific sport diligently).
15. Do not demotivate any player and no embarrassing them in front of the group (If any
feedback needs to be share for a single player talk to them one on one after the session).
16. Appreciate the players whenever they perform good, do not keep encouraging one player
throughout the session.
17. Compassion and respect for all students. Understanding of students disabilities and adaptive PE
techniques where applicable.
18. Monitor and document student participation and progress.
