About magicpin :Job Summary :We are seeking a talented Data Science professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and solve complex problems. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities :- Analyze complex datasets and develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven insights.- Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate key insights and findings.- Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and improve performance of existing models.- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of models and data pipelines.- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields.- Communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in a data science role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Strong programming skills in Python.- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Data Studio- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.- Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, NLP, recommendation systems, llm, etc.- Experience with data manipulation, cleansing, preparation and modeling using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
