Role Overview: We are actively seeking dynamic Marketing Executives to join our Sales and Marketing team, with a primary focus on lead conversion and driving revenue growth in the luxury and premium segments. We value professionals with a strong educational background, outgoing personality, and relevant experience.
Marketing Executive: Job Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion Expertise:
• Utilize persuasive communication and relationship-building skills to effectively convert leads into sales.
• Demonstrate an understanding of customer needs, ensuring our products seamlessly fit into their requirements.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Regularly engage with Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders to establish and nurture relationships.
• Conduct daily office visits, maintaining meticulous records of all activities.
• Travel frequently to meet clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring long-term relationships.
• Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate seamlessly with the Cross Functional teams on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate with the designing team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
• Data Management and Analysis:
• Efficiently handle data related to customer interactions, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze customer activities to identify trends and potential business opportunities.
• Innovative Business Solutions:
• Uphold a customer-centric approach by identifying and solving problems, going beyond mere product sales.
• Explore innovative ways to enhance customer experiences, offering bespoke solutions that align with unique preferences.

Requirements from the Candidate:
• Experience & Education:
• 0-5 years of experience in relevant fields with a proven track record of lead conversion.
• Preference given to B-school graduates.
• Attitude and Approach:
• Passion for marketing and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel, meet new customers, and cultivate strong relationships.
• Outgoing, extroverted, and actively participated in team-building activities or clubs during their college.
• Language Proficiency:
• Proficiency in English and the local language with excellent communication skills. Hindi speaking is preferred but not mandatory.
Competencies:
• Punctuality and patience.
• Strong negotiation skills&Effective presentation skills.
• Personal grooming in line with professional standards.
• Commitment to continuous skill enhancement.
Salary Package:
• Competitive salary ranging from 4 to 6 LPA (inclusive of variable component).Petrol allowance included.
