Job description
Area Sales Manager is someone who is responsible for the overall sales performance. This position requires exceptional analytical problemsolving and customer service skills. Area Sales Manager develops an overall business plan including sales strategies and profit goals
- Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading developing and motivating sales associates
- Providing ongoing training motivation and development of sales associates to ensure that sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained
- Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards
- Providing consistent and motivated leadership and direction to all staff and team members
- Ensuring compliance with all company state and federal laws and regulations
- Ensuring that sales staff is appropriately trained and competent to perform their job duties
- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers on a daily basis
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
Requirements
As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing sales programs that maximize sales from the assigned accounts to the target accounts overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.
- Experience of 5 years in sales and/or business management
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Effective decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fastpaced environment
- Experience in working with and influencing other people
- Ability to consult and negotiate with both internal and external customers
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fastpaced environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision
Ability to relocate: Jalgaon Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (Required)
A bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales. Experience in management may be advantageous. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. Strong anarchically, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. The ability to work under pressure.
