Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Inspi-R located in Jodhpur. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for job openings. The Recruiter will also be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, creating job descriptions, negotiating job offers, and onboarding new hires.
