1. Day to Day Accounting like Stock Accounting, Purchase Accounting, Sales Accounting etc.
2. Sales Invoicing/PO Processing
3. Daily Review of Debtors/AR and Follow-up pending Payments.
4. Credit control, credit appraisal, setting credit limit
5. Issuing credit note & debit note to Dealer & Distributor.
6. MIGO, MIRO, PO Creation & Transfer Order Transaction.
7. New Dealer/Distributor/Partner Registration Process.
8. BC(Balance confirmation) Collection on Monthly Basis,
9. Daily follow ups BBND status.
10. Daily Updating on PDC/Collections and banking entries of cheques/RTGS/NEFT/Cash.
11. Credit Notes Or Replacement Or Refund if required angst DOA/Defective & NRN/RGP Service related,
12. LBT/Octroi Claim process,
13. Scheme Working of Dealer/ Distributor/Customer,
14. Reconciliation of Dealers Accounts/Vendor accounts/Bank & cash,
15. Managing the labour and transport & entire warehouse employee.
16. Bank Reconciliation.
17. Process of Travel Claims of Employees,
18. Management of petty cash
19. Store & Warehouse Audit.
20. Provisional entry.
21. Marketing PO, Bill checking & booking,
22. Debtors” Confirmation, TDS entries and Certificate procurement.
23. Statutory matters, C form working & issuance and VAT return Calculation,
24. Coordinate with vendor & HO for payment Clearance.
25. Monthly Inventory Reconciliation.
26. Insurance Matter/Shortage/Vendor Credit Notes
27. Admin & HR activity Salary/Leave/Attendance documentation
28. GST Working.
