Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an executive level requirement of more than 10 years of experience.
Salary Range - 30k upto 35k per Month based upon the experience
Qualifications And Skills - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role

Roles And Responsibilities - Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings and maintain food safety standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize profitability
- Manage and motivate a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming dining atmosphere for customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Stay updated with industry trends and competition in order to keep the restaurant ahead
