Weareseekingacivilengineerwithextensiveexperience,skillandcompetencewiththe techno-commercial,sourcingandprocurementaspectsofspecifically
corporate/commercial/officeinteriors.
Candidateshouldhaveminimum 6 to 8 y earsof relevant experience.
Thecandidatemusthavein-depthtechno-commercialknowledgeofthelatestmaterials, products,systemsandfinishesusedinhighlevelcommercialofficeinteriorfit-outs.
Thecandidatewillworkcloselywithourteamofarchitects/designersandberesponsiblefor sourcing,procurementandtenderingactivitiesforinteriorfitoutsonourprojects.
Shouldbeabletoresearchproductsanddevelopwatertighttechnicalspecifications.
Shouldbeabletodeveloppreliminaryanddetailedcostestimatesforinteriorfit-outs.
Shouldbeabletopreparetechnicalandcommercialtenderdocumentsincludingpreparationof billofquantitiesforsourcingoffurnitureandinteriorfit-outs,preparationofrateanalysisof interioritems,auditingandcertificationofcontractor/vendorbills.
Mustbewellversedwithexecutionof allfinishingworks like flooring,Cladding,falseceiling, Punning,falseflooring,carpentryjob,furnishing,Partition,painting,polishing,glassing, artworks,rugs&carpets, blinds,furnishings, specializeddecorativeitems ,sanitaryandplumbing work,electrical,air-conditioning,fireprotectionwork,etc.
Shouldhaveahighlevelofresourcefulness,contactsandnetwork
S houldhaveadegreeordiplomaincivilengineeringorconstructiontechnology
MusthaveexcellentwrittenandspokenEnglishcommunicationskills
