Job description
MTX Group Inc. is seeking a motivated Finance Associate to join our team. MTX Group Inc. is a global implementation partner enabling organizations to become fit enterprises. Responsibilities: - As the Financial person, you will be responsible for managing monthly financial
- planning and analysis, projections, and project profitability analysis
- Identify areas for improvement in internal controls and financial reporting and install
- processes to mitigate risk or become more efficient
- Assist with the creation of dashboards composed of KPI, and Key Balance sheet items
- Compare monthly performance through actual versus forecast expectations and explain internal drivers impacting performance and trending
- Assist in financial information presentation for executive team reviews on a periodic basis
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Will Bring - Skills Needed - 0-2 Years of experience in Accounting & Corporate Finance role post - Articleship
- CA Intermediate Qualified/ MBA in Finance
- Knowledge of Zoho/Sage intacct books preferred/ Salesforce
- Knowledge of month-end activities and year-end activities
- Good communication skills
