Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for daily HR operations, employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing HR management.

• HR Management and Operations skills
• Experience in employee relations and HR policies implementation
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  

A candidate for this role should be highly organized, able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess problem-solving and decision-making skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is also crucial.
