Overview:
The HR Executive plays a crucial role in the organization by managing various HR functions to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment. They are responsible for implementing HR strategies managing employee relations and promoting organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Conducting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Managing employee relations and conflict resolution
- Overseeing performance management and improvement systems
- Administering employee benefits and compensation
- Developing and implementing training programs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR roles
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Solid understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes
