Website : Job Description- Area Manager - Franchise What S/He will do Franchise Development and Expansion: Identify and evaluate potential franchisees, conducting thorough background checks and interviews. Franchise Sales Targets: Ensuring the monthly – annual targets are met across the assigned territory. Franchisee Onboarding and Training: Coordinate the onboarding process for new franchisees, including training on business operations, brand standards, and company policies. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure franchisees understand and adhere to established best practices. Brand Management and Consistency: Ensure that all franchise locations maintain consistent branding, including visual identity, marketing materials, and customer experience. Monitor franchisees' compliance with brand guidelines and standards to protect the overall brand reputation. Business Consulting and Support: Act as a primary point of contact for franchisees, offering guidance on various aspects of business operations, marketing strategies, and customer service. Assist franchisees in developing business plans and strategies to meet their individual market needs. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Monitor financial performance of franchise locations, analysing financial statements, cash flow, and budget adherence. Provide recommendations for improving profitability and cost management. Networking and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with franchisees, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration among the franchise networks. Who you are. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus). 4-5 years of proven experience in franchise management, business development, or a related role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and operational data. Knowledge of franchise regulations, disclosure requirements, and legal considerations. Ability to travel 15-20 days month to visit franchise locations. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
