Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling our produce to new and existing customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for attending industry events, participating in product demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the agricultural or food industry
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Pune is a plus
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
