Job Description : Role : Business Analyst - AEM(Adobe Exp manager)- Must have exp in AEM & User StoriesLocation : Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Ahmedbad- Hybrid ModeBasic Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or experience, with an understanding of the financial services industry- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a core technical business analyst working in a software development environment with relevant experience using SAFe framework.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) tool using Agile or SAFe framework is a must.- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, capabilities, managing/publishing process, and designs wireframes using Figma/Adobe XD.- Proficiency in AEM tools such as Adobe Experience Manager Forms, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.- Experience in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Form, Brand Portal Setup, and Dynamic Media.- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and presentation, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions at all levels), with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.- Demonstrated ability to understand business processes from customer perspective and accordingly conceptualize and formulate solutions.- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.- Results oriented and demonstrated a "can-do" attitude - adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.- Proficient knowledge of Agile Execution tools like Azure DevOps (ADO)- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)- Deep knowledge of and passion for Agile Scrum/SAFe methodologies and best practices including, Agile metrics and reporting techniques - Proven track record of managing complex projects with superb organizational, problem-solving, time management skills; strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Experience working effectively in a dynamic development environment within large, global teams - Attention to detail and proven effectiveness in driving team performance - Ability to clearly bring together and document software requirements, resolve conflictthrough arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or critical issues- Aptitude for nurturing self-organizing, high performing teams via servant leadership, individual coaching, and mentoring Certifications : - Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner (Required)- SAFe Scrum- Master (SCM) or CSM, or PSM is preferred.- Open to working flexible hours as per business needs.Preferred Qualifications :- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (CMS) and General Marketing Website Design.- Last Updated November 2023- Good knowledge of AEM applications using AEM Components and Templates, Workflows, Taxonomy, Metadata Management, Replication Strategies, Content Authoring, Versioning, and Publishing Pages, Tagging, JCR/CRX Repository Concepts Nodes, Properties, etc.- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).- Exposure and good to have experience in integration with components of Adobe Marketing- Cloud (including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Campaign).- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins).- Technical knowledge of marketing technologies and digital marketing channels is a plus.
