Job description

• Prepare, maintain, and finalize Books of Accounts for Software and E-commerce business independently.
• Prepare annual Report for Various US States like New York, Delaware, North Carolina, New Jersey, Michigan, California
• Knowledge and experience on 1099-MISC,1099-NEC, W2, W9.
• Can work on business and Sales Tax registration and filing in various states of US.
• Working knowledge of tax and regulations in US.
• Experience on NetSuite, Bill.com, expensify and other software s.
• Meet deadlines and schedule adherence.
• Assist other team members and guide them thoroughly.
• Well-equipped with the knowledge of US GAAP and its implementation.
• Communicate with the vendor and meet with the requisite documents.
• Maintain proper records.
