Job description

we are looking for a Producer to join us in our Bangalore office.

Working as part of a talented team, you will be working directly with the VP studio and helping to build a market leading development team in India. We aim to lead and create hugely successful, global franchises, driven and created here in Bangalore.

As a Producer, you will be responsible for driving the team, creating the game including driving gameplay, to ensure the best overall gaming experience for our players as well as the best monetization strategy for each game AND ensuring we keep to schedules and budgets.
You will report directly to the VP Studio. Working with the Programmers, artists and designers as well as QA, you will be instrumental in creating our next hit game. If you want to be responsible for a global hit created here in Bangalore, well this is the opportunity you have been seeking.

Responsibilities :

• Working with the VP Studio to organise, plan and manage the development of Kwalee s casual game releases.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Analytics, QA and Core Tech departments to ensure release deadlines are met.
• Pushing the quality standards throughout the team whilst ensuring timelines are kept to.
• Managing the development team on a daily basis, ensuring quality and time requirements are met.

Requirements :

• 2 + years experience in a production management role within a games studio.
• Experience with creating games in UNITY.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• A charismatic, energetic and integral character.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding organisational skills.
• Experience of waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• A self-starter mentality.
• A strong interest in mobile games and play them daily.
