Job Description:
You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maximizing their engagement with our platform. You will play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our courses to meet their needs effectively.
Description of Duties:
1. Interact with CRE & customers on a day-to-day basis to understand their queries, and guide them to proper end-to-end solutions
2. Answer questions and address complaints from customers & CRE
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and support.
4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media channels.
5. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional courses to existing customers.
8. Gather feedback from customers to inform product and service improvements.
9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
10. Assist dispensers/patient coordinators with issues regarding product administrative issues.
11. Keep updated on Hearing Aid products, processes, and operational workflow.
12. Communicate with the end-users about the service-related issues
13. Provide basic technical support to dispensers and consumers if necessary.
14. Additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
15. Candidates Having experience in the Medical / Hearing Aids Industry will be preferred
