Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Wingsbizpro. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our integrated marketing solutions to clients worldwide. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Energetic and self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset
- Ability to identify and generate new leads
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through various sales and marketing channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and promote our integrated marketing solutions to clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns
- Stay updated with industry developments and incorporate them into sales strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities
