Job description

Responsibilities

1) Associate Lead C&B (Geo HR - Americas)
Key Responsibilities:
. Responsible for Corporate HR support to assigned countries
. Support with management and roll out of all C&B programs
. RFP support through market salary analysis and submission of salary costs
. Driving location based compliances
. M&A/Rebadge support through due diligence of client C&B data, designing offer solution, etc
. Responsible to ensure policy revision and roll outs
. Ensure HR process stabilization for Geos through implementation of IS solutions , setting up India based shared service support and Supporting change management

Skills and Knowledge required:

Experience - MBA with 1/2 + years exp or Non MBA with 3+ yrs experience. A smart trainable fresher with around 1 year experience would also be fine.
C&B domain -some exposure to C&B/geo management - preferable, not mandatory
