Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent project management skills, the ability to create compelling business proposals, proficiency in summarizing research data, experience in internal coordination with clients, and adeptness in creating presentations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks efficiently.
2. Develop comprehensive business proposals outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgetary requirements.
3. Customize proposals to address client needs and industry trends.
4. Present findings through concise summaries and reports.
5. Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to interpret data accurately.
6. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients.
7. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams.
8. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
9. Design engaging and visually appealing presentations for internal and external audiences.
10. Convey key messages and recommendations effectively through multimedia content.
11. Incorporate feedback and iterate on presentations to ensure alignment with project objectives.
12. Draft comprehensive SLAs outlining service expectations, deliverables, and performance metrics.
13. Define roles and responsibilities for both parties involved in the agreement.
14. Monitor SLA compliance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Business Administration.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
