Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Asansol, Siliguri, Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur and Raipur with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for appointment of distributors and DRM, driving sales goals, training sales staff, and managing sales teams. The role is focused on driving business growth through strategic planning and execution of marketing and sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and channel management skills
- Proven track record in sales and channel management.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while still being able to collaborate with team members and management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the home appliances or consumer goods industry is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
