Job description
Can handle Mechanical maintenance in shift
Designing/refining maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
Scheduling and carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance work and measuing the effectiveness
by tracking the Breakdowns.
Quick responding to equipment failures, finding out root causes and take preventive measures.
Liasioning with process departments, other engineering and production colleagues for their
requirements and take necessary action to fulfill.
Controlling the Utilities AMCs.
Controlling repairs and maintenance inventory.
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
Adhering and improving health and safety policies and procedures.
Adhering the IMS, BRC, policies and implementation of 5S + S practices.
Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
To take continuous efforts to upgrade the subordinates knowledge level.
Self-development by means of updating and acquiring knowledge.
