Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM - HAM / SAM / SAM Pro
Job Type: Full-Time
Location:Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Kolkata

JD:

1)Servicenow - SAM Pro Consultant
*Candidate must have 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
*Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform
*ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset)
*Well versed with ServiceNow scripting
*Candidate must have 2+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Management experience
*SAMPro Implementation experience
*Exposure to licensing, publisher packs
*Works on Software asset management lifecycle
*Works on Tracking software rights and user allocations
*Should be aware of discovery models and software installations
*Worked on Software reconciliation, optimization, and removal
*Worked on Contracts, Maintenance, Warranty, and Licensing tied to the software (Good to have
*Detailed understanding and oversight of data sources for inventory usage, contract entitlement and data maintenance, user management and enablement, *data integrity, compliance analysis, renewal/milestone calendaring, and innovative reporting solution.
*Must have good communication skills

2)Servicenow ITAM – HAM Consultant
Candidate must have at least 7+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
Worked on Asset lifecycle, Model, Model category & Hardware model Normalization
Should be aware of Hardware asset request flow
Hands-on experience in stockrooms, consumables
Worked on financial aspects of the item purchase, cost, and depreciation of the item (Good to have)
Worked on Contracts, Maintenance, Warranty, and Licensing tied to the item. (Good to have)
Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (ITAM and, CMDB)
well-versed with ServiceNow scripting
Good knowledge of Integration with external tools
Must have good communication skills
