We are hiring for Product Manager,
Location: Mumbai
YOE: 8-15 yrs
Job Description:
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development with required speed.
Minimum Qualifiction:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience in SaaS application products.
Experience developing/launching products/technologies within software as a service and/or a related area.
Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
Experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
Experience in one or more of the following: software as a service, ecommerce, marketplace, reseller platforms, business growth, or billing.
Knowledge of multiple functional areas (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing).
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
Experience in following will be added advantage:
JAVA including JEE5, JEE6, Seam, Soap, JQuery & JavaScript
Application and web servers including JBOSS and Weblogic
Technologies such as VB, VBA, BI and Cognos.
Expertise in Web Based Solution Design/Development ( .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Jquery, Javascript, CSS, HTML, Third party UI controls and client side JS libraries)
Its very specific to cloud solutions (Saas, Iaas, Paas) w.r.t. Applications BU (SAP, Oracle, BFSI, Ed Tech etc).
Responsibilities:
Understand the cloud ecosystem, markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, UX, and other cross-functional teams on cutting edge technologies.
Develop innovative solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
To be very specific to cloud solutions (Saas, Iaas, Paas) w.r.t. Applications BU (SAP, Oracle, BFSI, Ed Tech etc).
