Job description

Summary of Position:

An European organization is looking for a Sales Manager who would report to the Management who is based outside of India. In this capacity, he will represent the company in India and work to expand and strengthen the company's presence, with assistance from international colleagues. The post will most likely be based in Bangaluru/Chennai/Pune.

Responsibilities :

Set up Liaison Office (LO or Representative Office) in India.

Maintain the yearly status of Liaison Office with relevant authorities.

Create a long-term growth strategy and offer competitively advantageous product insight.

Spec-in company product with stakeholders (Machine Maker, Panel Builder, System Integrator, End-User).

Form strategic alliances with key accounts.

Develop & grow distribution channels throughout different parts of India.

Provide monthly report to the reporting manager regarding performance.

Requirement :

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

An MBA will be advantageous.

Proven track record of 5-7 years in Sales / Product / Business Development.

Sales experience with industrial product.

Knowledge of chiller, cooling product, thermal management will be advantageous.

Hands-on management and able to navigate confidently in complex and challenging environments.

Able to work independently.

Good oral and written communication skills.

A hunter mindset, with proven track record of growing assigned market.
