This is for the
Manager (Sales/Rental) to join our clients team. They provide sales support services for their clients based out of North America. Responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales / Rental team. Manage up to twenty-five (25) Inside Sales Representatives. Assist with department coordination, interviewing, developing, motivating and retaining staff. Lead the team to promote revenue generation and product penetration with all customer contacts. Ensure CRM is up to date with accurate information and opportunities. Coach the team, Meet regularly with the team to identify areas of improvement, share updates about current deals in the pipeline, and keep everyone on the same track. Effectively handle customer escalations and overcome customer objections. Requirements and skills - BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field Candidates with experience in B2B sales in the North American region are preferred. Proficiency in communicating effectively in the English language is essential for this position. Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise, Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills Ability to understand and navigate Customer Relationship Management systems, i.e., Salesforce and Account Management / Resource Planning Software, i.e., SAP Systems.Job tags
