Qualification: PhD in Positive Psychology/Neuroscience Must have done a certification/Course on “Happiness”
Roles and Responsibilities 1. Develop happiness-focused programs for the university based on demand. 2. Handle administrative tasks for the Rekhi Centre. 3. Oversee the campus and extensions of the Happiness Centre, ensuring its effectiveness. 4. Manage the Wellness Centre, Research Centre, and laboratory. 5. Provide support to students in learning research equipment operation. 6. Supervise a minimum of 10 research projects for the Rekhi Centre. 7. Coordinate with other Happiness Centres within and outside the university, both nationally and internationally. 8. Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Rekhi Foundation. 9. Facilitate coordination with the Rekhi Foundation. 10. Develop a minimum of 5 curricula. Curriculum 1. Bachelor’s and master’s degrees: Offer academic programs in well-being studies, happiness psychology, mindfulness-based therapies, and related fields. 2. Certificate Programs: Provide short-term certificate programs in happiness, yoga instruction, mindfulness practices, and well-being coaching. 3. Workshops and Seminars: Host regular workshops and seminars on topics such as positive psychology, philosophical foundations of happiness, and the science of well-being. Key Skills 1. Proficient in teaching methodologies. 2. Capable of program development. 3. Possesses substantial knowledge in the fields of Happiness and Neuroscience. 4.
