Job description

Job Summary

EaseMyTrip, or EMT for short, is one of India's top travel agencies, with a customer-centric approach that includes a no-convenience fee option and a wide distribution network supported by a hybrid platform. We're seeking for Flight Support / Task List Executive who have excellent communication skills and zeal to go extra miles to serve the customers

Responsibilities

• Knowledge -international/domestic travel voice process • Knowledge of world map & geography will be required.

• Be enthusiastic & have zeal to perform. • Be flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts days working environment.

• Candidates should be able to join ASAP.

• Excellent communication skills required.

• Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice-based phone service.

• Support customers across Telecommunication/E- mail/Chat, Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.

• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy. Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.

• Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
