Job description
Summary:
The Cabin Crew Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training to new and existing cabin crew members. This includes training on all aspects of the cabin crew role, including safety procedures, customer service, and emergency response. The Cabin Crew Trainer must have a strong understanding of the aviation industry and be able to deliver training in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing cabin crew members
Provide instruction on all aspects of the cabin crew role, including safety procedures, customer service, and emergency response
Assess cabin crew trainees on their knowledge and skills
Provide feedback and support to cabin crew trainees
Maintain and update training materials
Stay up-to-date on the latest aviation industry regulations and procedures
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a cabin crew role
10+ years of experience in training and development
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing and delivering training using a variety of methods, including face-to-face, online, and blended learning.
Experience in using training technology and software.
Experience in assessing trainee performance.
Experience in providing feedback and support to trainees.
Knowledge of the latest aviation industry regulations and procedures
