Post Graduation: Full time MBA (Any specialization)
Job responsibilities:
. Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels like web, SEO/SEM, email, SMS, social media inline with project and business requirements.
. Work with content and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer digital journey
. Plan and supervise marketing campaigns
. Planning and controlling digital marketing budget and spending by allocating budgets.
. Using A/B testing t optimize digital marketing performance.
. Working on Search engine optimization and app store optimization
. Track website traffic and other metrics
. Optimize performance of the website
. Strategize to increase performance (ROI) through insights
. Measures KPIs
. Reports performance of all marketing campaigns to senior management
. Brainstorm for new growth strategies
. Carries out conversion tests and reports
. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
. Ensuring that marketing and communication efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectation with various stakeholders.
Competencies:
-In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- good knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
- Good business acumen and analytical skills
- Proactive and ownership driven individuals
- Deep knowledge of web design principles
- Excellent communication skills including presentation & business proposal writing
