Job Title: Head of HR - Manufacturing Unit (Location: Madhya Pradesh)

- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with operations for staffing needs aligned with production demands.

- Talent Acquisition: Implement recruitment strategies to attract skilled personnel promptly.

- Training and Development: Identify skill gaps and conduct training programs for employee enhancement.

- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and develop enforced policies.

- Labor Relations: Manage relationships with unions if applicable and address labor-related issues.

- Shift Scheduling: Coordinate effective shift schedules and tackle staffing challenges.

- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive culture and implement morale-boosting initiatives.

- Performance Management: Establish metrics, conduct reviews, and set improvement goals.

- Health and Wellness: Implement programs supporting employee well-being and safety.

- Workplace Efficiency: Collaborate to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.

- Supply Chain Talent: Address talent needs for manufacturing and distribution support.

- Employee Benefits: Administer tailored benefits and address healthcare and leave concerns.

- Quality Control: Ensure product quality and implement quality standards training.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in Payroll, Labour Law, and Policy within Manufacturing industries.

- Proven track record in HR within the manufacturing sector.

- Capability to adapt and innovate in line with industry advancements.
