Role and Responsibilities: The Program Management Intern at MyCaptain will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of the School for New Age Careers program. The responsibilities include:
- Attendance Management: Contacting and confirming attendance of mentees; arranging transportation as necessary.
- Logistics Planning: Organizing and planning food arrangements for sessions on Friday and the weekend.
- Session Moderation and Assistance: Maintaining hygiene standards for the premises in preparation for the weekend sessions.
- Organizing and managing group activities for participants.
- Session Coordination: Developing session schedules and ensuring alignment with the curriculum.
- Sending out reports and evaluations.
- Monitoring and supervising sessions to ensure smooth execution.
- Feedback Collection: Distributing feedback forms and compiling Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for program evaluation.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinating activities with team captains for effective program delivery.
- Actively engaging and interacting with mentees during sessions to maximize learning.
- General Responsibilities:
- InOffice Presence: Physical presence at the MyCaptain Office in Bellandur during the weekends and specified working hours.
- Weekend Commitment: Working on Saturdays and Sundays as part of the program management team you will be expected to work remote: Two days of remote work during the week.
- Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with the program management team to ensure seamless program execution.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of attendance feedback and other relevant program data.
