Job description The candidate will be responsible for developing a PLC-based automation and HMI system for bio-renewable applications. They will also be responsible for programming, testing, debugging, and commissioning the system. Additionally, they will be responsible for building a team based on requirements. Solid experience in developing software designs, defining interfaces, and working out safety concepts is required.

Development Engineer - PLC Automation Experience:

Duties and responsibilities Customer-Centric Approach: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs for PLC and Automation systems.

PLC System Development: Engineer and design PLC systems tailored to meet the reactor automation requirements.

System Debugging and Commissioning: Skillfully test, troubleshoot and commission PLC and HMI systems to ensure seamless functionality.

Communication Protocol Configuration: Configure communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet IP, Profinet, Profibus, CC-Link, RS-485, and Modbus) to integrate with third-party systems and PLC setups.

Analog Sensor Expertise: Skillfully program and configure analog sensors within PLC systems.

Comprehensive Documentation: Create thorough documentation, including functional design specifications, to support project development and maintenance.

Collaborative Contribution: Actively engage in cross-disciplinary development activities to enhance project outcomes and foster teamwork.

Innovate Research and Development Solutions: Develop a comprehensive, closed-loop automation system with HMI and IOT to support the company's research and development endeavours.

Good to have: Worked on Siemens PLC Platform and Siemens TIA Portal. Worked on Industrial IoT. Basic knowledge in Electrochemistry, Renewable Energy, and Green Hydrogen.
