Job description

Position Cluster Head - Advisor Development & Retention Incumbent NA Department Agency Function Agency Reporting to Regional Manager – Advisor Development and Retention Band 4A Location Multiple Locations – Pan India Team size (D/I) 10 JOB SUMMARY Cluster Head will be managing a team of 10 Advisor Development and Retention Managers (ADRMs). The ADRMs will be assigned a team of 15 to 30 existing advisors and will not be responsible for any new advisor recruitment. The Cluster Head will supervise the team of ADRMs and will drive month-on-month activation and retention of assigned advisors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Input behaviors

with the assigned team of ADRMs and Advisors.

Drive cross sales and new sales

from the assigned team of ADRMs and advisors.

• Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently

• Maintain and

improve the Sales Quality

Standards by maintaining the Persistency standards.

Training and Development

of the team of ADRMs, advisors for new product launches / revision in the existing policies.

• Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.

• Work with other functions / departments and work towards solving roadblocks faced by team of ADRMs and advisors.

• New Business Premium Sourced • Advisor Activation & Productivity month on month • Cross-Sell Conversion • Meeting Persistency standards • ADRMs meeting standards • Adhering to Input behaviors as per the defined standards

Desired qualification and experience ▪ Graduate with 5+ years of experience, minimum experience of insurance sector 3 years ▪ Proven Sales Track Record in Insurance, preferably Life Insurance ▪ Experience in a cross-sell sales team ▪ Experience in leading teams ▪ Should have similar market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations ▪ Familiarity with skills in supervision & development of teams, strong networking Org Chart:
