Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Recruitment Specialist located in Mumbai. The Retail Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with hiring, interviewing, communicating, recruiting, and training retail employees for Zodiac HR's clients across various locations in India.
QualificationsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and the ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and levels are beneficial. Knowledge of labor laws and ethical recruitment practices is also an advantage.
