SAP Data Management Lead

• Senior seasoned professions having 12+ years of data management in SAP ecosystem, must have experience in SAP master data governance (SAP MDG) as well as experience in migration (extraction, transform & load) of enterprise data from legacy to SAP environment.
• Must have experience in SAP solutions supporting data migration like SPA BODS, SAP Migration cockpit.
• Subject matter expertise (SME) in areas of data management, data governance and data migration
• Must have experience of being part of SAP data management/migration capability/competency/CoE line of organization in Tier 1 or Tier 2 enterprise system integrator. We are not looking for people who are currently working at insourcing/captive/IT line of business organization.
• Must have experience of end to end data governance and migration in at least 3 SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
• Must have experience in building assets on SAP platforms for SAP Data migration objects, assets like reusable business and technical rules for data migration objects, assets like dashboarding for KPI reporting in phase of Data extraction, Data transformation and Data loads in SAP S/4HANA
• Must have experience in supporting presales and solution design/effort estimation/solution approach creation in S/4HANA transformation opportunities in area of SAP analytics. management.
• Candidate must have experience in leading and driving SAP S/4HANA Data management/migration capability in their current organization.
• Must have experience in competency building and running activities. (Activities like creation of 'Go To Market' for SAP data management/Migration
• Must have experience in presenting/defending and convincing customers on offered S/4HANA transformation solution.
• Must have experience in advisory role of performing S/4HANA roadmap preparation for customers in a consultative approach, in areas of data management/migration.
• Candidate is required to develop S/4HANA transformation offering and roadmap from S/4HANA perspective as well as specific in area of SAP data management/migration.
• S/4HANA certification in SAP MDG, SAP LTMC is preferred.
