Job Description:

The Senior Product Marketer will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products in the B2B SaaS market. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive demand, and facilitate customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate with the Product Team to create compelling product positioning and communication that resonates with customers.
  • Ensure differentiation from competitors.
  • Market Analysis: Understand buyer personas, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct thorough market, customer, and competitive analysis.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies: Develop effective GTM strategies for product launches in India and Globally.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive product adoption.
  • Experiment with various approaches to open new funnels and optimize results.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with relevant content to close deals.
  • Craft product-related marketing collateral.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to align strategies with revenue goals.
  • Ideate with the product team for new features or enhancements.
  • Love To Write: Craft targetted messaging for Website, Landing Pages, Case Studies, White-papers, Ads, PPTs for Sales etc. to drive the communication centrally to other departments internally and the ICP companies.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong background in product marketing within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in branding, social media management, and online community engagement.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful GTM strategies.
  • Experience in planning and executing successful events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute customer marketing programs that drive retention and advocacy.
  • Expertise in demand generation and lead generation tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
  • Proficiency in developing marketing plans, GTM programs, and digital tools
  • ICP and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
