Position: Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Dadra and Nagar Haveli- Silvassa

- Requirement - CRM - Asst. Manager
- Candidate must be from Auto industry
- Minimum experience as CRM minimum 5-7 years
- Qualification MBA in marketing (Technical degree will be preferable)
- Currently working with Auto Industry
- Inventory management

- Experience with overseas customers will extra advantage
- Salary 5-7 lakes
- Have overall oversight of the OEM and aftermarket
- Strong MS Excel, Presentation & PowerPoint Skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts and responsible for day to day communication between customer & internal department for Indian customers.
- Responsible to achieve sales revenue and effectively coordinate with Production Planning team to ensure the supply on time.
- Responsible for invoicing to customers.
- Cohesively working with logistic departments to ensure delivery service and customer support.
- Account receivable management.
- You need to create monthly/quarterly and annual sales plan for review by both local & regional management
- You need to aggressively achieve the sales plan
- To manage sales expenses budget.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of sales achievement weekly basis.
- Details MIS report on Daily basis of Packing, Sales.
- You need to provide Excellent customer service to all customers
- You need to ensure customers satisfaction at all times
- You need to achieve sales budget aggressively
- You must communicate effectively with all levels of organization
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with careful attention to details.
- Able to work cross functionally and across all operating groups in the company
Required Skills
- 5+ Years of relevant experience for customer service in Automobile manufacturing industry.
- Experience in bearing or automotive sector is preferred.
- Excellent, organizational and presentation skills.
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential materials.
- Excellent communication, social and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent Excel skill required.
- Good teamwork skill
- Ability to Confidential manner
- Able to be hands on and understand the details of work, challenges and solutions
- Seeking out new alternatives and a different approach to solve challenges
- Pursue work activity with energy, drive and a need to finish within agreed time frames
