Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at AntiGra Systems Private Limited located in Gokul Shirgaon MIDC, Kolhapur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees, as well as managing employee relations, benefits, and compensation. This role also involves overseeing compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, as well as developing and implementing HR policies and programs.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a HR Manager or HR specialist in a manufacturing company with more than 100 employees where staff works in shifts. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi Should have in-depth experience of working on any HRMS like Zoho people, Keka HR, Darwinbox, Peoplestrong, Freshteam, etc. Strong leadership and managerial skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Must have 100% practical knowledge about PF, ESIC, PT and TDS. Accurate payroll calculation and in time processing with great attention to detail. Experience in recruiting and hiring employees for various manufacturing roles. Should be able to use various job posting platforms like local newspapers, naukri.com, Instagram ads, linkedin, etc. to create a strong pipeline of quality candidates for any type of vacancy. Should have practical knowledge about end to end employee life cycle process from onboarding to exit. Experience in managing employee relations, benefits, and compensation Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Professional HR certification is a plus Experience of using Razorpay payroll is a plus Advance knowledge of Microsoft excel/ google sheets is a must. Should be able to use formulae like VLOOKUP, IF, QUERY, COUNTIF, etc.
