Experience Required:

Experience Required:

• Support work experience 1-2 years with below mentioned categories.

o In-depth knowledge of computer systems and networking.

o Experience in Trouble Shooting issues related to Office 365 Applications, MS Teams, Exchange, Active Directory.

o Basic understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure) and Windows server.

• Working in ITIL driven Managed Services Team.

• Excellent communication skills with Prior experience on Customer interaction role.

• Proactive and detail oriented. Ability to work in team and stay organized.

• Flexible working in shifts on rotation basis.

Good to have:

• Knowledge in Powershell commands and scripting.

• Work experience with International Client/Teams.

• Experience with different Servicedesk tools (ServiceNow, Connectwise, Autotask, Topdesk etc).

• Knowledge on Remote Monitoring and Management Tool.

• Must have AZ -900 certification
