We are hiring for a Lead Architect in our Technology team. Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai (our Head Office) Mode of working - Hybrid Responsibilities - Lead the technical vision and execution of complex enterprise applications from conception to deployment. Architect and implement highly reliable, performant, and maintainable microservices architectures. Deeply understand and utilize cutting-edge technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kubernetes, Docker,CI/CD pipelines, etc. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless integration between backend and user interfaces. Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Neo4j is a plus. Leverage Elastic Search, Kibana, ELK, Logstash for robust observability and logging. Master queueing systems like Kafka, Redis, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ to optimize data flow. Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle. Recruit, mentor, and coach high-performing engineering teams, including architects, technical leads, and developers. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Effectively communicate technical decisions and project progress to stakeholders across all levels. Requirements - Education - BTech/MTech or similar technical qualification 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 4+ years in a Lead Enterprise Architect role,preferably within a software product company. Proven track record of successfully architecting and delivering large-scale microservices-based enterprise applications. Solid understanding of Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and modern web development frameworks like Angular or similar. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools and practices is essential. Familiarity with NoSQL databases, Elastic Search/Kibana, and various queuing technologies is a plus. Hands-on expertise in implementing Agile methodologies.
